TraxPad
TraxPad app is stand alone iPad/iPhone/iPod application that can play and control music.
It's, so far the only one that I know that can do that, and that have pitch control and other basic functions required to beatmatch music.
I just wish if I could scratch on it. It feels kind of like playing with Pioneer CDJ 100 without effects.
It can be found on iTunes (of course).

Serato wirelessly remote controlled via iPad
Serato or anything else can be wirelessly remote controlled from your Mac or PC via your iPad/iPhone/iPod by using VNC app, iTeleport app or similar from iTunes store, of course.
